The project began in the Bay of Tankah, in Tulum, where we have discovered a paradise that combines the beauty of the Caribbean Sea with the jungle and cenotes of the Mayan Region, this being a location that enjoys peace and tranquility, a short distance but sufficiently isolated from the Tulum town.
In each of our properties a different concept has been developed in the architectural part, maintaining the distinctive that characterize us as they are: the warmth of service of our team, the natural beauty of our environment, the quality, comfort and technology of our facilities as well as the commitment to the sustainability of the environment and the social community to which we belong.
Acquired in 2008, this is the first property operated by the group.
It currently has 25 rooms, practically all with sea views or even a few steps from the sea. Our familiar and relaxed atmosphere will make you feel at home on the weekend without sacrificing luxury, comfort or quality of service.
With an outstanding architectural design, combining stones, woods, vegetation and a modern Mexican style, Hotel Alea opened its doors at the beginning of 2019 with 21 rooms, all of them with sea views. It is characterized by a highly personalized service in a sophisticated environment, where nature mixes with luxury.
Nerea is a hotel located in Tankah Bay, Quintana Roo, an intimate space focused on personal wellness. Away from the city and the bustle, you can find the time and space to connect with yourself and find your most authentic self. Nerea means “flow” and invites you to be water, to adapt to any circumstance and cycle that arises in your life. Nerea offers different services and amenities that help you discover your optimal state by channelling your waters, your emotions.
The first restaurant of the group, which was born together with the Blue Sky hotel more than 20 years ago, known for its iconic oven stone that was initially exposed outdoors, and that with the passage of time was integrated into the kitchen as it grew.
B Sky restaurant preserves the soul of what was initially Blue Sky Tulum, characterized by its warm atmosphere, bohemian nights, always providing the service of being at home, with its unique wood stove.
Tz ́onot, being a sinkhole or natural well in Maya, refers to the mysticism of freshwater caverns, places of natural beauty, sacred to the Mayan culture; The restaurant is located in the heart of the Alea Tulum hotel, surrounded by natural elements, wood, water, stone and plants.
In Tz’onot you can travel to different towns in Mexico and enjoy the authentic cuisine of each region, prepared, with local and fresh ingredients, by the dedicated culinary team led by Chef Carlos Peregrina.

Located in front of the sea, inside the Nerea Hotel. Its most notable characteristics are its good taste, the quality and origin of ingredients, the preparation techniques used are conceptualized around sustainability and respect for the environment and raw materials.
